Varietal: 50% Malbec 50% Cabernet Sauvignon
Vineyard: Tupungato, 1200 meters (4000 feet) above sea level.
Harvest Process: Manually on the third week of February to middle of March.
Type of Soil: Gravel and sand.
Fermentation: Selected yeasts. Max temp fermentation at20° C, for 25 days.
TASTING NOTES
Eye: Salmon red color.
Nose: Fresh aromas, red fruits, notes of plums and cherries.
Mouth: The natural fruit of the Malbec gives it a pleasant, light natural sweetness. A wine that suprises with its youth and freshness.
